Make It Monday #63: Glitter Die Cuts

So, here's my take on this weeks MIM challenge found here:

I used a Lost and Found card base by MME, Doodlebug glitter and flocking,
Fiskars scallop circle punch and everything else is PTI:

Mat Stack 3 Die, Beautiful Blooms 1 Die, Vine Border Die,
All Booked Up and Asian Fusion Stamp Sets.
Dark Chocolate ink
This technique was a great way to add some glitter and bling
to your cards- Thanks Heather!!

Make It Monday #62: Step It Up: Layering

As many of you, I also have trouble with CAS
cards. I always feel like it needs one more thing. It's so hard for me to leave it plain. So, this is it.
I must say that they are MUCH quicker!!

I still like my stepped up card better. Check it out below and let me know what you think.

What a treat! I got these yesterday from my DH!

Stingrays to pet!!

We actually got to pet these guys with two fingers. So cool!!
No fear, they can't sting or bite.

We went to the Marine Science Center to see some neat things. Sea Turtles being nursed
back to health, fish, and many Stingrays. Oh what fun!!

There was this cool lion head fish but if you look closely  in the foreground on the right is
another fish that looks just like the rocks, he was really neat, although a bit creepy when he moved! 

This was the cute seahorse we saw, about the size of my fist!

We saw a few boats come in so we
wanted to see if it was a good day for the fishermen and what a Great Day they had. 33
fish in all, slimy but pretty neat to see.  That was the end of our adventures until we headed
for dinner.  That's all for now. Hope you all had a great day too!! Until then....

Daytona Beach!

So, here we are in Daytona. The weather has been great. We saw a great show yesterday as we were eating breakfast on The Pier at Crabby Joe's. The dolphins were out in full force. I felt like we were at Sea World. We also saw Stingray swimming around in the water.(the first picture) It was so neat. I'll be back in a day or two for an update.

New Loft Bed!

This is my very happy DD on her new(to her) loft bed!  I have been busy getting organized, spring cleaning and getting ready for our Spring Break trip so no crafty stuff here, SORRY!!
