Papertrey December Blog Hop Challenge

I really didn't think I'd participate today thinking that I'd get home late in the evening from enjoying the Holiday with family. My DH had to get back to work so here I am, happy as a clam with some new crafty goodies to play with today(thanks for the Milwalkee gun Mom!!) Although, it would have been nice to stay and visit a bit longer.

I decided to make a wine tag, which seemed appropriate for the time of year and theme this month which is Silver and Gold! Love it!!   So, here it is:

This also fulfills the requirements for this weeks Make It Monday Stamped Borders.

PTI Supplies: Wine bottle tag die, Uncorked Words Die, Stitching Lines Die,
 Autumn Adornments Stamp Set.

Other Supplies: Silver and Gold Metallic Card Stock, Encore Ultimate Metallic Silver ink by Tsukineko and paper tape.

Enjoy the Hop everyone!!

Make it Monday #194: Stamped Borders

Today I am joining in on the MIM over at the Papertrey Ink Blog. You can find the video here.
Why not check it out and join us?  Melissa shows us how to use your stamps and create borders.

I needed a Christmas card for my daughter's swim coach "from all of us" and I had the perfect idea.
AND I inked up an adorable My Favorite Things Stamp Set that I've been wanting to use.

I had intentions of doing this border all the way around but once I got this
far, I thought it would be just too much.

You can see the glimmer a little better in this shot.

Merry Christmas everyone!!

PTI Supplies: Stampers Select White CS, Pure Poppy CS, Tremendous Treats: Christmas Stamp Set,
Spring Moss ink.

Other Supplies: Simon Says Stamp- From Us Stamp Set, MFT-Jingle All the Way, Wink of Stella,

Make It Monday # 191: Glittered Frames

I'm posting a MIM challenge found over at Capture the Moment and it's only Wednesday. I never get them done on Monday and rarely during the week. Yup, I'm one of the ones scrambling to finish on Sunday night! I do have a good reason to have it done and in the mail since my brother's birthday is coming up! I'm pretty sure he does not read this so I'm going to post it today.  Happy Birthday Mark!!

Anyway, the challenge was to make a glittered frame. No problem with that one, I love to use bling and glitter!! Dawn gave us some tips in the video you can find here. Why not check out the video and give it a try!!

I used some of the remaining pieces that I hadn't used from the card I made for the Blog Hop on the 25th.
I also stamped some snowflakes in the background with A Tim Holtz stamp and some Dazzle Versamark ink.

I used the Phrase Play #9(I think) Die for the snowflake and winter banner. Birthday wishes is from the Phrase Play Stamp Set #6. Martha Stewart Glitter and Score Tape for my frame.

Thannks for stopping by today!!
