Sugar Coated Challenge

I started making a card and ended up with a bookmark. Love the prisma glitter. I will definitely try the tips that Betsy had on keeping the glitter on the paper. Thanks Betsy!! Here it is:

Limited Supplies Challenge

I decided to keep it clean and simple. I stuck with aqua mist and did use the 1 inch strip of gray. I really liked how the retro background came out though!

Rolled Dough Designs

This challenge was fun. I will use this technique again. I just have to think ahead! Sorry about the blurry photo.

What a Mess

Still working and a big mess to clean up!! Well worth it!!

Gallon, Quart & Pint Challenge

Here is my card for the Gallon, Quart & Pint Challenge. Betsy did a great job with this tutorial!

Stamp-a-Faire Challenges

Here is my scent-sationable tag that I made with fudge pudding mix for my kiss. I wanted to keep it clean and simple and the kiss sure smells good!!

I love the way this card came out. It was my favorite by far.  I water colored with re-inkers and then used the course salt like Nichole did to get the effect. I then used watermark ink to stamp the snowflakes and embossed them with clear embossing powder. Embellies and I was done.

This was my oven baked challenge that I made using Wishing You... and the shrinky dink matte film.
I had a little trouble making it around my mascara but I guess I need some practice. I will try this again!!

August Papertrey Ink Blog Hop

I think it's quite obvious which sketch and color scheme I chose. I did have to substitute lemon tart for Harvest gold because I didn't have any. That'll have to make it into my cart soon I guess.

Have fun and thanks for hopping over!

Making Mists

So, I wasn't to sure if I liked the results of this card but it is growing on me. I decided to distress the edges as it seemed old and worn. In the end I added the shadow to the sentiment because you couldn't see the Merci very well. Anyway, here it is:

Thanks for stopping!

SAF: Bake and Take

Good Morning. I am so excited to be participating in this years Stamp-A-Faire by Papertrey Ink that you can find here.  I completed this mornings Bake and Take by making a much needed birthday card for my big sis. Hope you all like it. Any questions on what I used, don't hesitate to ask. Just to save time, I don't think I'll list everything today. Have fun everyone!!

Stamp A Faire: Meet and Greet

I am looking so forward to tomorrow. My kitchen is down to the studs right now so it will be a bit inconvenient. I don't mind a little extra exercise to the basement for water and whatever else I might need while I play along for an ENTIRE day of crafting!!

Here's a picture of my "baby" Jade that you all saw last year as a puppy. She's a bit too tired to whisk up anything tonight! Have fun everyone!!!
