Make It Monday # 147: Multi-layer Images from a Single Stamp

When I'm not too sure what I want to make but I want to participate in the Make it Monday challenge,
I frequently turn to a tag. I use them for gifts, on cards, around a bottle of wine anything! It's so nice to have tags on hand and I know they will always get used. So, that's what I made today.
