Make It Monday #31: Creating Backgrounds With Non-background Stamps

I needed to get a little stash of baby cards so that's how I decided on this MIM and here's the link:

PTI Supplies: Raspberry Fizz CS, Button Boutique stamp set(for background, It says "cute as a button")
                     Just the Ticket stamp set for the sentiment, Border ticket die, parisian doily die.
Other supplies: scrap pink paper, half of a prima flower, scraps of bakers twine, I think the birds are by

Make It Monday #30: Colored Pencils

I do not own copics myself and I'm not ready to purchase them yet. For the amount of coloring I do I can easily get away with colored pencils and distress inks. 

PTI Supplies:  Raspberry fizz card stock and felt, double ended banner die and Everyday Button Bits(sentiment)

Other supplies: Memento ink, metallic card stock, cuttlebug heart embossing folder, cut up prima flower for the heart and heart brad. Nellie's scallop die and bakers twine.

This is for a friend that is missing her cat. I hope it brings a smile to her face!

Make It Monday #29: Freestyle Coloring- bookmark

So, I decided to do something simple to try this technique since I don't own my own copics. I was at
a friends house(thank you Laurie) playing and crafting on Monday to try this out. This is definately a
quick and easy technique! I hope to try some more maybe later in the week, otherwise I'll be back with something else. Thanks for stopping!

Half and Half stamp set, All Booked Up stamp set, Rasp Fizz felt, double ended banner die

Copics(sorry, NO IDEA what colors,  prima flower, foam dot for center
Memento Tuxedo black ink and my handy Scotch laminator

Make It Monday #28: Glitter Die Borders-Sunflower miss you

Okay, so I did one more for this MIM. I didn't really plan to but I was working on this sunflower
card and the center needed some bling so I used yellow and brown glitter for an distressed sort of
look. The sunflower was a doily that I found at the dollar store! I stamped the inside circle with a grid
pattern and then used a texture fade folder. Added a bit more ink for more texture. Then I did my
glitter duo.  I added some twill ribbon and frayed the ends. Stamped "miss" from Wonderful Words Additions and die cut "you". Added a couple rhinestones and that finished it up.
