Make It Monday #213: Cool Condensation Effects

This week Betsy shows use how to get condensation effects for this weeks' Make It Monday.

I was just dying to make this card as I thought about it all week long but too busy to get it done.

Now, it's not exactly as I pictured it but this'll have to do!

 I used an old Imaginisce line called A Shore Thing with some very cute popsicles but I did not have a popsicle stamp so I made one out of two PTI Tag Sale Dies(8 & 11).   So here it is:

I just wrote out the sentiment by hand. For the popsicle, I first watercolored it and added
a little pearl for the frosty effect and then added my glossy accents which you can see a little better
in the next picture here:
