Make It Monday #80: Making Garland

For Make It Monday this week, we were challenged to make a garland and I chose to pair it up
with the Spook Out challenge found here:  http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/capture_the_moment/The Make It Monday challenge is the post right before the Spook Out Challenge.

Anyway, I made a tag for some Halloween ".Spooky Sweets". I messed up a little on the
sentiment but decided to keep it that way for the effect.

I used Mat Stack 5, Sizzix ghost die, Spooky Sweets Stamps for sentiment, Half & Half
Stamps, google eyes, bakers twine and PTI ribbon.
