Papertrey Ink October Blog Hop Challenge

I took inspiration mostly from the colors and I used distress ink spritzed with some

water before stamping.  I used PTI: Keep It Simple- Frames Die and Birthday Classics

Make It Monday # 199: Confetti Garlands

So, Betsy showed us something this week that I have never tried. How to make confetti Garlands.
You can watch the video here. I thought it would look so cute on a wine bottle tag so that's what I made.
